Stonefist Insigina 3 second knockdown Added or Universal - Guild Wars Forums

It says that it increased the knockdown by 1 second...Then under it it says maximum 3 seconds....does that mean added onto the total knockdown time or universal total
for example....
Ursan Rage knocks opponents down for 2 seconds. if i added 3 stonefist insignias onto my armor would it last for a universal 3 seconds or have a maximum of 3 seconds added for a total of 5 seconds of knockdown.

It increases the time you KD enemies by one second, unless it would exceed three seconds.

It's non-stacking anyway, which voids the effects of additional copies.

Standard knockdown is 2 seconds, stonefist adds 1 second.
Read the last part of the insignia, then you have your awnser.

it is also not stackable so you won't get any extra benefit from putting on more than 1.
